A paradise named Costa Rica

There are many reasons to visit Costa Rica--whether it be vacations or to live in this impressive paradise, you are sure to have unforgettable time in this blessed country.
The ecclectic combination of roots—people with Indigenious, European, African, Caribbean and Asian hertigaes—blends together to make Costa Rica a culturally diverse and colorful nation. Moreover, the residents of Costa Rica—Ticos—define generousity and simplicity in their day to day lives. The unique blend of Tico culture and foreign cultures makes Costa Rica a spectacular country full of colors, music, dance, blue waters, white sand beaches and delicious cuisine.
Costa Rica is one of the Latin American countries with highest literacy rate—95% of Costa Ricans can read and write.  Primary and high school education is free and obligatory for children and teenagers from 7 to 18 years old. Also, there are a number of excellent public and private universities along with other education centers throughout the country.
Costa Rica may be considered a developing nation, but there is access to satellite TV, American products, Internet, cell phones and international calling. Many Ticos speak fluent English along with a handful of other languages. So, if need be, communication help can be found almost anywhere. Utilities, telephone service, electricity, and water are cheaper than in North America. In general, prices in Costa Rica are significantly lower than many other countries. In fact, the purchasing power is greater here than in the United States or Canada.
It is not necessary to sacrifice your current lifestyle if you decide to live in this amazing country; Costa Rica has everything you need to have the best retirement or vacation time. The quality of life is excellent. In fact the life expectancy of most Costa Ricans is equal to or higher than the U.S.
Security is a priority for the Costa Rican Government. Reported violence rates are lower than most of world. Safety is one of the biggest draws for foreign people to live here or to come for vacation or to study. Location of this natural paradise is another incentive, since it is only a few hours from the U.S.
Another plus: property taxes are generally lower in Costa Rica than in North America and many other countries. This is a great advantage for people who want to buy a home or to invest in real estate. There are excellent bank services for investment or to get loans for buying properties.
Remember: beautiful mountains, natural reserves, wildlife, sun and white sand, warm climate and unforgettable views are waiting for you to enjoy. Costa Rica is waiting for you!
