ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We keep all transactions of your vacation rental property updated for your review.

We provide you with the most knowledgeable team to receive, register, pay and file all the bills from your property. Monthly accounting services include:

  1. Accounts payable (we pay your bills)
  2. Accounts receivable (rental income)
  3. Banking (deposits to your personal bank)
  4. Sales tax collection and preparation
  5. Detailed monthly and summarized yearly statements
  6. Supporting documentation
  7. Notarization agreements
  8. Licensing registration

PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

  1. Contract for administration, rental program or both - individually
  2. Guarantee a total and permanent internal maintenance of each property
  3. Immediate access of property to our rental pool network and properties Web page
  4. Personal in-house guest services at the resort 24/7 (with a minimum of 20 properties in inventory)
  5. In-house cleaning and maintenance staff available at the resort
